Intelligent algorithm that does the heavy lifting for you.
Successfully implement a tailored hybrid strategy that aligns with your own WFO policies and encourages employees to return to the office.
The Freespace DNAi solution enables organizations with too much or constrained space (i.e. more employees than desks) to challenge their existing hybrid model and create one that maximizes their space, by taking into account hybrid influencers like ‘individual needs (i.e. types of spaces, office day preferences), team dynamics (i.e. cross team collaboration), business objectives (i.e. work from office mandates) and executive direction (real-estate optimization) to configure options that consider complex seating scenarios and accommodate varying team sizes on the busiest days of the week.
Tailored to your organization’s WFO policies.
Configure DNAi to reinforce your own WFO policies and mandates.
DNAi will incorporate all constraints to provide available options that ensure every employee is accommodated fairly and maximize the existing space, until the number of options are exhausted, informing real-estate teams when overflow space is required.
Popular configurations include setting up departments, teams and individuals, number of days each department is required in the office, ring fencing assigned seats, advance booking cut-off timescales, desk release timescales and the number of spaces allocated to each department.
A proposed allocation will be provided for different days of the week.
Allocate space across your working week.
DNAi allows neighbourhoods to adjust sizes on days of the week to help fit everybody on peak days.
Facilitate varying booking arrangements.
DNAi works seamlessly with the Freespace Employee Experience App, enabling employees to see their mandated days in the office and facilitates booking as the below:
Departmental Allocation.
On WFO days, employees can book from the floorplan in advance, leveraging the Freespace Employee App features like My Circle (collaboration network) and My Teams (manager booking).
Flex Spaces.
Employees that wish to work from the office on non-allocated days for their department can book flex spaces (non-allocated spaces) in advance.
Once capacity is reached, employees go onto a waitlist.
If a department doesn’t fill the full allocation capacity after an agreed cut-off, the space gets absorbed into flex space, enabling more employees to book.
On the day-booking.
When there is no check-in, the system will release space, enabling employees a free address booking on the day. This includes departmental allocated spaces or within the flex space.
Create a frictionless employee journey.
Enhancing the in-office experience with Signage.
Integrate with Freespace Digital Signage screens to display live floorplans, showing seat allocation to each department.
This is a critical tool to help locate and navigate to other teams seamlessly as the neighbourhood sizes vary on specific days.
Additionally, it helps employees easily navigate to their booked spaces, as their departmental spaces change or they book flex or spaces within other departments, and amenities (i.e. lockers, parking etc).
